Created a media blitz for an association’s annual convention.
We created a Broadcast Studio in the middle of a Convention Center, which featured interviews with over 100 industry leaders throughout the week. We kicked off the event featuring a Media Day where an exhibitor’s corporate representative made its announcement in a one-on-one news style interview with a studio anchor who was a longtime leader in the business travel industry.
Lights, camera and action – we incorporated them all into the setting. Each interview went over all social channels and was live tweeted. To maximize press coverage, we streamed the broadcast live on our website and via Facebook for reporters who could not make it to convention in person.
The broadcast studio and Media Day became so successful the association began hosting it at all their events globally and built an in-house studio to create year-long campaigns.
