The end goal of the audit will be to provide you with a strategic editorial calendar and roadmap for the year to maximize your communications efforts — ensuring you meet your members’ needs, increasing the ROI of their membership, while also working to attract new members.

DELIVERABLES

  • Meetings & Interviews: OnWrd & UpWrd will conduct in-depth phone or video interviews with your association staff, key members and stakeholders. Interviews will focus on your goals and objectives, where you can provide additional benefits to the membership, as well as understanding challenges and opportunities around getting new content in front of your membership. This could also include a membership survey*
  • Materials & Process Audit: We will inventory and evaluate your existing content and mechanisms for creating and distributing content. We will also do a general review of industry media coverage.
  • Audit Findings & Strategic Recommendations: The most important piece of the audit comes down to the findings and creating a roadmap for success going forward. We will produce a written report as well as a presentation for your leadership team with our analysis and recommendations.

Timeline: An audit of this size and scope typically takes approximately six weeks depending on availability of association staff and other interviews
