  • Audit Findings & Strategic Recommendations: The most important outcome of the audit is the roadmap it produces. We’ll deliver a written report and executive presentation summarizing our findings, opportunities, and key recommendations. This includes actionable next steps for elevating your messaging, maximizing content reach, improving engagement, and better aligning your marcomms strategy with member and organizational goals.

Timeline: An audit of this size and scope typically takes approximately six to ten weeks depending on availability of association staff and other interviews.
