July 14, 2022 (Alexandria, VA) — OnWrd & UpWrd, a full-service, integrated marketing and communications firm, today announced a merger with Dots & Lines Inc., a business-to-business public relations, social media and content marketing agency specializing in global business travel. The combined company will operate under the OnWrd & UpWrd brand and bring together significant experience and diverse skill sets in marketing and communications across multiple industries.
OnWrd & UpWrd Founding Partner Colleen Gallagher will become President and CEO of the new organization. Co-founder Meghan Henning will lead media outreach efforts as a senior PR strategist. Dots & Lines Co-founder and CFO Mark Williams will become OnWrd & UpWrd’s first Chief Financial Officer. Julie Sickel, Dots & Lines’ recently appointed president, will lead content creation and marketing efforts as a senior content strategist.

The addition of the Dots & Lines team expands the geographic footprint of OnWrd & UpWrd’s team beyond the greater Washington, D.C. area to North Carolina and the United Kingdom.
